Remodeler

Duties
– Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
– Hardscape installation and repair
– Construction estimating and planning
– Frame carpentry for walls, floors, and roofs
– Cabinet installation and repair
– Construction inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
– Masonry work, such as bricklaying and stone work
– Plumbing tasks, including pipe installation and repair
– Trim carpentry for doors, windows, and baseboards

Skills
– Proficient in the following skills:
– Hardscape installation techniques
– Construction estimating and cost analysis
– Frame carpentry using various hand tools
– Cabinet installation and repair methods
– Roofing techniques for installation and repair
– Construction inspection to ensure quality and safety standards are met
– Masonry skills for bricklaying and stone work
– Plumbing knowledge for pipe installation and repair
– Trim carpentry techniques for precise finishing touches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
