Discovery Call
We start with an initial conversation to discuss your project, goals, and general expectations.

Onsite Scope Assessment & 3D Scanning
Next, we schedule a site visit where we complete a RENDR Lidar 3D scan. This provides us with a 3D map and measurements, allowing us to create a detailed project scope and generate a ballpark price.

Ballpark Price Estimate
Using the scanned dimensions and scope details, we provide a ballpark price estimate to give you a general idea of costs. If this estimate aligns with your budget, we move on to the design phase.

Design Agreement & Deposit
To proceed with detailed plans and a formal proposal, we require a design deposit of $1,500-$3,500, depending on the size and scope of your project. This deposit is credited toward your final invoice once the proposal is accepted, and the deposit invoice is paid.

Design & Material Selections
At this stage, our designer, Hadleigh, will create the project drawings, collaborate with you on material selections, and refine the design to meet your needs and style preferences.

Final Proposal & Contract
Once the design and selections are finalized, we will prepare an accurate, detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and costs.

Proposal Acceptance & Project Scheduling
After you approve the proposal, we finalize scheduling and begin the remodeling process.
